Research Visit of Representatives of the University of Economics in Bratislava under the Erasmus+ Programme

From 4 to 8 May 2026, the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation of the Krakow University of Economics hosted representatives of the Faculty of Economics and Finance of the University of Economics in Bratislava (Bratislava University of Economics and Business). The visit was organized under the Erasmus+ programme as a short-term research mobility.

doc. Ing. Jana Kušnírová, PhD – Vice-Dean for Education, actively involved in the development of international research projects

From the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation of the Krakow University of Economics, the following representatives participated in the meetings:

The primary objective of the Erasmus+ visit was to further strengthen cooperation between the two universities, exchange experiences in the field of internationalization, and discuss opportunities for joint research projects, scholarly publications, and grant applications.

It is worth emphasizing that cooperation between the Krakow University of Economics and the University of Economics in Bratislava has been continuously maintained since 1971. The visit contributed to further strengthening institutional ties and opened new perspectives for joint educational and research initiatives. Through Erasmus+ mobility, both institutions enhanced their potential in terms of internationalization, innovative teaching methods, and the development of sustainable academic cooperation networks.
